Joel,
IBW is standalone apl. controlling all other - data manipulation, trading,
nonstandard events handling (it does its best...), safety and so on..,
here is a brain of my solution... It also listens to external trading
commands, e.g. from TS.
and yes, you must put a line(s) with calling the external function into your
ELA source strategy ...you must tell the IBW what it has to do for you
