Call up CSI and tell them what you think of their price
increase. Do your homework first; check competing pricing at
Pinnacle, Genesis, or eSignal end-of-day.

Assuming that you have paid for the full history version of a UA
license in the past, then you are entitled to your ENTIRE
history. (If you have NOT paid for a UA license before, you are
out of luck.)
When I called about this issue, CSI support told me that since I
have had the full UA history before, I am a 'grandfathered'
customer. Call up CSI support and ask them to send you the full
history CD.
