You may want to check out Tradekeeper at http://americanware.netfirms.com
You can use that software for generating Schedule D automatically and it
matches trades based on IRS wash rules. It's geared towards stocks &
options and has futures support. The report it gave me on my futures
trading matched exactly what IB stated and I had trades similiar to the ones
you describe below. It's a very good product. Here is an excerpt from the

The primary purpose is to create IRS Schedule-D for tax filing and provide
profit/loss report for your trades. It is not intended as a live real-time
P/L tracking system for daytraders.
You need to join their TK Yahoo group to get at the download. The link is
