I would like to make the list aware of some ZoneAlarm 3.7.098 action that
I do not like. I am running an NT4 dual processor system and although I
have ZoneAlarm installed I do not start it on power up, however, on two
occasions I have noticed that outbound program activity was being blocked
until I specifically started ZoneAlarm and enabled that particular program.
So, it seems that the only way to get rid of ZoneAlarm is to uninstall it -
at least I would hope that would get rid of it. From my viewpoint, if a
program is not indicated to be running then there should be no involvement
from the program and it appears that this is not the case with ZoneAlarm
3.7.098 .
