Thanks Cab. I'll keep looking though. There is actually quite a bit of work
to clean the data. I tried a little. If a file could be downloaded that
would sure save a lot, but I didn't see how that could be done.

You could try this database. It would require a little bit of work to
compile & clean up, but not too bad.
