END OF DAY Exit at 12:00am???

I amd using TS2Ki and had plot 5min ES and NQ chart using local time (+8
GMT). I have apply trading strategy on both chart with "Close at end
of day", but it behave in a wierd manner; an EOD exit signal is issued
at 12:00am and no EOD exit signal issue when it really EOD. However,
if I plot the chart using exchange time then everyting is ok. Any
idea?

I also use Uniserver, eSignal and TradeBolt.
