I have been unable to receive a clear answer from Interactive Brokers in
regards to a question that I have about their 1099.
Does anyone who has a Futures trading account at Interactive Brokers
have an answer to this question?
On the IB 1099 there are 4 lines listed.
1. Realized futures Profit/Loss:
2. Aggregate futures Profit/Loss:
3. Interest Income:
4. Commissions Paid on Futures:
Are you using the figure on Line 1 or are you using the figure on Line 1
(Minus) the amount on Line 4 to insert into your US Form 6781?
