Time Problem

I have some indicators which use the Session Start time as a condition. For
some reason the displayed  Session Start time is offset by 1 hour from the
session time setup in ts2ki global server. I have searched an searched and
cannot find where this offset is occurring. I am open to suggestions as to
where to look? I should note time is displayed properly on the computer, the
display window and the individual data bars.
