On 2nd thought, I see that you mention "ts32.exe" - that doesn't look like
TS4.  So, unless something in the op system is screwed up, TS5/TS6 should
not have any conflict with an NTVDM.  What makes you think that NTVDM might
be involved in your TS problem?
