If you guys are going to make efforts in offering resources and tools
for the Global Server on your websites, and since your boss will never
convince several TS2000i users to switch to TS 6/7, he may as well
offer them SP6 for a reasonable upgrade fee, which may in fact persuade
them to give TS 6/7 a shot, because they would feel that the release of a service pack 6
would vindicate the whole TS2000i fiasco.
