Question about Alerts on TS2000i

Hi,

I have a trading system which is supposed to alert me whenever the price
crosses a certain level. But either I check the "Update on every tick box"
and the alert will be triggered at every tick within the bar for which the
current price is above the level, which is really ennoying. Or I uncheck the
box but then the alert is only evaluated once the bar has finished.

How can I get TS to alert me only once as soon the price crosses the level?
