General Input on what is missing with System Testing and Optimization

Have not posted for a long while ...

If anyone has some extra time, could you send me email
on your opinions on what is missing with TS's system testing
and optimization. 

Say, do you really read all of the reports in the performance window?
Do you have interesting ways in using the optimization results?

Last time I received quite a few messages but the overall
focus is on what is bad with TS's optimization :)
