That is a normal bug in TS2ki. Check to see what you did recently
that started causing this. Did you add a new workspace? How about
new indicators or a system. If you push Ts2ki far enough this happens
to it. Back off the indicators or workspaces and see if it helps.
If you are running Windows NT, 2000 or XP you don't need to reboot.
Open the Task manager and go to processes. Terminate these processes
if they are shown. ts32.exe, ortrade.exe and ORQuote.exe. Then open
charting again. This way the Global Server continues to bring in the
data. Usually at the end of the trading day I reboot just to be sure
but I never have a problem restarting charting like this.
You will find a workspace or chart that is causing this if you check
them out long enough, but then again charting loves to crash like
this anyway.
