Daily Data for US Dollar Index

Hello,

2 questions:
1) Can anyone on this list provide me as much historical daily data for 
the US Dollar Index or where to obtain it.
2) Is it possible to have GlobalServer update it's symbol portfolio 
automatically to reflect current/non-existent tickers for equities on 
NYSE and NASDAQ rather than to use the original symbol portfolio created 
at installation time?
