If you have DTN sat feed and you cannot get your CALC indices (or other indices) to initialize, call the DTN techs and tell 'em ED in DTN tech says they gotta call down to Engineering and have them do a "force" initialization (Push the BIG button).
Man, he is a great service tech and knows more tradestation than any of the other techs - hands down.
