If a program is difficult to setup and use then it is MANDATORY that the
documentation be excellent and of the type that provides a WALK THROUGH
approach to setting EACH and EVERY parameter.

To me, if the program has poor documentation and is difficult to setup,
any amount of criticism that anyone wishes to make of such a product is
valid and the author should take immediate steps to remedy the documentation
problem.
