I find I _need_ to stay really busy. If I have time to think I start
worrying about losing my profits when I'm up or never coming back when I'm
down. Staying busy keeps my stress level down and keeps me from constantly,
nervously, watching my positions. (We trade on a daily time frame -- not
intraday.)
