Dear Mikey,
I'm a little rusty about this, having switched to TS2Ki several months ago.
Here's what I remember, having done it "thousands" of times before":
1. In Windows Explorer, go to Omega>Program>Drivers>NT and click on
ssiact.exe.
2. A screen will come up in DOS. In that screen will be something to click
on, saying run a test re SSI_ACT.
3. Click on it. It will take some time --- be patient.
4. Sooner or later, it will finally end and show give you what I recall are 3
numbers, ssomething like ssiact = 2,2,20. Write them down.
5.  Now go the autoexec.bat, in c:\
6. In autoexec.bat, there should be the statement something like set
ssi_act=[3 numbers] (the default numbers).
7. Change the 3 numbers to the 3 numbers that you wrote down.
8.  Save the result.
9.  Reboot.
10. Upon rebooting, you should get the massage Set ssi_act=[your 3 numbers],
and if so, you're in business.
Sincerely,
Richard
