$PREM parameters in GS

Hello omega-list,

  $PREM is giving me values in whole numbers (-1, -2, 0, 1,2, 3 etc).

I'm using Quote.com + Dynastore + TS5.  Could someone look in their Gs
and tell me what point values, min move they show?  Thanks.
