The Nikkei is only down 0.6%. Seeing as the S&P 500 was down 1.7% on Friday
and this is Japan's first chance to respond, I'd call it a fairly
constructive picture. What makes you think a meltdown is occuring?
I think we are just seeing technical difficulties, not "technical
difficulties".
