The GLOBEX Control Center that the earliest they will open tonight will be
at 19:30 EST. A pre-open time is yet to be determined. We will send more
information as it is made available to us.
Amazing when market meltdowns occur, the self-proclaimed most accessable
market in the world has "technical difficulties"! Kinda prophetic ;-)
