Is the data manager icon on the task bar green?
Does it switch to red anytime?
Are you behind a firewall?
If the icon is green then see if you can get just "plain" quotes on one of
the sample real-time workspaces included with tradestation.
Forget charting anything for now until you first see quotes.
Can you get the last price for some common symbol, say IBM? Is it the
correct price?
If you can get quotes like o, h, l, c, then it might be some other settings.
Remember, you cannot get historical real time quotes connected to esignal
using TS2000i. Only from the data you start using the global server.
