Hi,
I have followed the instruction in the manual in setting up GlobalSrver for
real time datafeed for eSignal. Tech Support said I could try with my
current Turbo Manager 7.01 and if it doesn't work, then uninstall eSignal
7.01 and install the Data Manager that came on the PS2Ki cd (it is version
5.0) and run GlobalServer setup wizard for eSignal.
Everything starts up ok with both versions of Data Manager but when I try to
chart any symbol from Symbol Portfolio, I get a message "no data available
for the selected date range". The only charting I can do is for the date
range that was in the sample data of GlobalServer, before I configured it
for eSignal.
Cannot seem to put my finger what am I missing as everything looks fine,
setup wise. And tech support told me quite emphatically that if I use the
Data Manager version on their CD, I do not need Dynastore.
Can anyone help...if I am missing any minor aspect of the setup? FYI, the
PS2Ki cd is SP5.
