Herb is a great guy, however Lind Waldock doesn't pay for shit, and it is
against company policy to trade your own account. The pay and trade policy
might of changed since they got bought out - but I doubt it. The best thing
about LW is that there are some terrific people there. I still have some
friends that work there.
