Hey Jim,
Thanks for the response. It is possible that their
arguement could be technical limitations, however, if
it is, then an upgrade by that company to meet the
requirements of the law is in order. My complaint is
that I see no current law that creates a standard that
must be complied with before a company can call their
data REAL TIME. Can I send data out 5 Minutes delayed
and Call it real time? If not, why not? If there is
a standard there what is it? If not, why isn't there
one?
