Consider this.  There have been some on the list who
have complained that their feed is frequently behind
30 seconds, sometimes as much as 2 minutes.  Is it
possible that there are NO LAWS regulating such
things?  How is it not possible for the FCC to be
involved in this matter. Why the silence?  Without a
legal background, one would have to conclude that
there are no laws regulating this, making it 'OK' to
charge $295\mo. for real time data that isn't 'REAL
TIME'. Charging for REAL TIME DATA, when the data is
DELAYED for all practical uses, is in my opinion a
dishonest and crooked act perpetuated on the trading
public.
