I know many (most) of the people on the list are single traders
and so this has probably not come up. I am with a group that is
finally ramping up to multiple traders. Each trader will have
TS6 with the system, workspaces, and whatever that's been
developed. In the beginning distributing the system, et. al.,
is not a big deal, but as the system is tweaked for the
prevailing conditions how do I transport between the primary
development instance of TS6 to the trading instances of TS6
in an easy, reliable, not mind-numbing fashion?
I know one way is to export the system to an ELS on a shared
drive, the import the ELS to each of the other machines. Also
need to copy the current workspaces to the directory on the
other machines. Is there another way? If TS6 were integrated
into CVS this would be easy.
