Associated Person is defined on the NFA web site:
http://www.nfa.futures.org . One needs to take the CFTC Series 3 Exam (and
pass) to be deemed an "Associated Person", which is a registered
commodity/futures broker, not to mention upholding all ethical standards of
our industry.

Management of Introducing Brokerage firms need to take additional exams such
as the CFTC Series 30 which allows for supervision over futures brokers and
firms.

All associated persons are members of the National Futures Association to
which we pay annual registration dues ($1200 per person) and are governed by
the CFTC (Commodity Federal Trade Commission) and the NFA to allow us the
right to solicit and advise retail and institutional speculators as well as
hedgers in the global futures and commodity markets.

Hope this helps,
