John,
try the following:
Start, run, type: msconfig, enter, startup, write down all checked items,
uncheck them, apply, OK, reboot.
Start, find, files & folders, type: c:\windows\tmp, delete.
Install your TS build.
Go back to Startup and recheck the items checked before.
