Bill,
How do you 'change paths' to avoid a bottleneck? Even at 26.4K baud, which
is the fastest we get around here, I rarely have problems with Quote.com.,
but when I do, I use a backup ISP that I maintain. The only problem is that
they cut me off after 6 hours of continuous use. Is there another way to
change paths?
