Same here.  I've been running TS4 on NT4 for 2 years now, and I don't 
think I have EVER EVER EVER had the system crash on me.  There have 
been a few cases of exceptionally badly written application being 
able to hose the system badly enough that a reboot was required, and 
sometimes TS and the Server get themselves confused and only a reboot 
will fix it, but those are due to errors in the application.

One of these days I might upgrade to W2k, but I don't have a lot of 
incentive.  NT4 is rock-solid stable for me.
