Simon,

Nobody's right and nobody's wrong in thius particular situation.

There are 2 different "times" when DS works with TS4: "datafeed time" (it IS
created from your local time in any version of Dynastore) and timestamps for
the quotes (received from local time in QuoteSpeed version and received from
the datafeed in QuoteCom version).

It seems that Robert has the problem with his TS4 configuration and I'm
trying to help him in our mail list.
