Check your PC clock time.  It's a quirk of DS that it does not pass along 
the datafeed time from the source.  Instead, it uses your PC clock to 
create the Signal datafeed time.

I use an atom sync-it program to guarantee that my PC clock (& therefore 
the Signal datafeed time) is accurate to the second. This ensures that all 
bars close exactly when they should.
