Well, at the point at which the answer is offered we find the skill with
which the question was frammed; not suggesting that had the question been
phrased "When does 0.25 equal 15?" that the responses would have been more
satisfying to you, Val/Igor, but 25=15? is quite different from 0.25=15?, or
even 1/4=15?, I'm sure you will agree. As is often the case in other
venues, the one who asks the heuristic question often learns the most.
