i think there is a down side, i have noticed thru the years that if
you are naively obsessed with tick counts and data speed and brokers
speeds and on and on. you're either a looser or going to be a looser.
given that i am surprised that some people have taken the risk of
taking your eye off the screen to type a response to me. consistency
in following the model is much more important than anything.
building models which chase price action is foolish and causes a
person to belive in santa. that price you see is not realistic as to
actual fills. i know that your broker knows that and only if you
have time and money to endure will self proclaimed off floor scalpers
learn that.
every nimrod on the internet who has daytrading course tries to teach
that a shoe salesman can stay home and from his kitchen table trade
the wiggles of the sp. bullshit, you wanna make some money then you
have to be a man and risk something.
