I had some weird things happen, TS2000 not responding after running a
strategy optimization, machine locking up etc - even no reponse from ctrl
alt del. Went to symantec to run their free anti -virus scan and that locked
up the machine also.So I'm assuming the NIMDA virus.
I have a drive image for these aoccasions so I just reinstalled a previous
good C drive (which has just the OS with programs and data on their own
partitions) and it is done in about 15 minutes with no re installs or
reformat

hope you haven't gotten the NIMDA virus. I did and I have to reformat my
hard drive and build my system back up. My system didn't do that though.
