That's the way it looks to me, from my non-IT viewpoint.  From my
understanding, the "Home" version will not support dual processors; there
may be some other important issues to look in to, but that ranks highest in
my memory.

I've been running TS2K on the beta release, and, gotta say, it's faster and
more solid than with Win2K, with the normal everyday apps that I use.
