What would be a reasonable expectation for a commission rate for the
following:
Trading S&P futures, size = 1, average 5 to 10 trades per week, telephone
only (not electronic), with a large and reputable firm having a comfortable
level of capitalization (not one of these here-today-gone-tomorrow places).
