Sounds like these guys were planted here in the States long ago and there
number came up to carry out this mission. It could be that there are
hundreds of these guys who have a number. When they are called they go. It
is just like the KGB agents that have come to the U.S.A. long ago, raised
families, got good jobs, however, they each are assigned certain targets in
the U.S.A. so that when the time comes, they are called to carry out their
mission. It could be to blow up a communication center, to blow up a nuclear
power plant, etc. They have hiding places for explosives and weapons, buried
somewhere. These guys may be part of a large network.
