No it can't. It can use no more than one processor. This doesn't mean that
there isn't an advantage to having dual processors. There are a number of
different processes going on with in TS the GS being one and TS.exe being
another. They can run separately on the processors. One process can not use
both prpcessors, however. So, if you are specifically wishing to improve
your optimization runs with regard to time. It won't help. If you wish to
spread the processes out and give yourself better running conditions real
time, it works, within limitations. RS will hang up sometimes if you run
with 2400 symbols real time, calculating RSI, etc.
