Hi Denis

I am not sure this is what you are after but in TS2000 just open the power
editor, open the ELA, drag to select all text in the ELA, do a copy command,
open Note Pad or Word or another word-processing program and in a blank
document do a paste command.  That will paste the text into the word
processing file as text.
