Hi All,

A private reply  brought out the problem with this service of a "Fair Access
Policy"   i.e. if you down load to much through the dish, then they will cut
you off. Another reply stated went to top management about the speed and
fair access. Was told it is a problem with only so much satellite
transponders.

Bottom line, I'm waiting.
