It does not require examples to understand that any long 
processing of data is liable to a multiplication of error.
These errors will be reduced if more precision is available.
So?

These are not great insights. Tradestation has single digit 
precision. That is set out very clearly. If you develop a 
system that involves lengthy manipulations, there is an 
increased probability that the errors will propagate.

The solution is either to trade in a simple style, which is my
solution, since I have an expensive family to support, or
waste time blaming Tradestation for not being something
it doesn't claim to be.  

As I have agreed before, yes, single precision is more limited
than double, or the freedom available in Mathematica. But a
limitation is not a bug. 

I'm sure I've heard that somewhere before.
