I suppose that this bug has been reported before, but I have noticed that
when the HistoryBank.com server is BUSY and you ask for a large download of
data, that many times the server will give you a short count and a short
download. The more data you ask to be downloaded, the more often it will
occur.
To get around this error, when I get a download count, I record the count
and abort the download. Then I re-download the data and get another count.
Only when I have received the SAME COUNT 3 TIMES and the count is the
LARGEST NUMBER, do I allow the download go to completion. Some times on
downloading 2 weeks of data, I have had to make more than 10 downloads, just
to get 3 good ones. That means that at least 7 times I have received a
wrong count and a short download.
