Probably the first question I would have for you is what is your OS? second
is your data is probably just corrupted. Delete the following files from
your Server folder.
gsqf.dat
perfmon.dat
symswap.dat
sysevent.dat
Then reboot your computer and restart GS.
I currently run 2000i, but, I think these instructions apply back to 4.0.
