Data or TradeStation troubles?

  In TradeStation 4  I have just started having trouble with the data
charting.
   I use EOD data from pinnacle and tradestation 4.
 
  I can chart a chart that I have already saved but, it will only chart up
to july 9th and if I click on Format price data a box will pop up saying ,

 Progarm Error  floating-point error:invailed.

 Also if I try to create a new workspace, the same box pops up saying,

 Program Error floating-point error: invailed

  I would like to know if anyone can tell me if it is the Tradestation
program or my data program and what I can do to get it going correctly?

  I have used tradestation and pinnacle EOD data for probably 6 or more
years and have never had this happen before.

  Any ideas would be very helpful,
