Thanks. A good summary of what a few OR tech people told me during several
calls.
One more thing to check - and so basic that it's probably overlooked. When you
open the History bank downloader, you specify the starting and ending dates of
the data you want. The default setting ends with the current date. I left
that alone, figuring that I would get the most current data. However, if you
try to download data for the current date before it is available in Historybank,
the whole download will fail.
So make sure the latest date is one that contains data.
