Data - best source

To the Omega Digest Forum,

I have joined the list recently. I imagine there has been plenty
discussion about data. However, let me make a novice request - I would
like some feedback from anyone on what is the best source for data.
Specifically, S & P 500 futures contract intra-day data.  What  do
folks  think  about  the  data  on  the  Omega  web-site,  the .omz
files?    Is  this  reliable?    Other  sources  for  data?    Thanks
for taking the time to address my concern.
