Just in case you don't know, that link speaks of challenging the
Communications Decency Act. Following the links there shows
that the Supreme Court has ruled against the CDA and for free
speech on the internet, and elsewhere.

Zapman's (nice nickname) troops have a certain smell. Recently,
Chuck LeBeau of System Traders Club at http://www.traderclub.com
posted a note about an online seminar he had done for Zap Futures
where he discussed an ADX-Parabolic trading pattern. I looked at
a little of the material on the Web, of course, having to "register"
first. Then a couple of days later, I received a call from a
noisy "solicitation" room at Zap trying to sign me up to trade
futures. Given nothing more than the way that phone call was
handled, I made a mental note to avoid Zap should I switch from
stocks to futures.
