Thank to all of you for responding to my request for checking BMI satellite
receiver errors.  The result survey averaged about 200 FCerrs/hour which is
what is giving so many spikes in the data.  I again called BMI/DBC support
and asked them point blank if they were using this satellite to take over
for the FM data supplier who went bankrupt and they finally admitted that
this was the case.  So the satellite is getting more than it can handle and
we are the ones who suffer.  It ain't going to get better folks - just
another nail in the coffin!!!
